Performing Process

Perform Full 2 Port calibration

At Port 1 side, perform calibration of OPEN,SHORT and LOAD using CPHF-CA0.5 “calibration adapter”, the network analyzer and 50Ω Cal Kit

Perform THRU Calibration

Deduct the electric length of the calibration adapter.
Electric length is 27mm.(Delay 91 psec)
This makes the edge of Coaxial Probe the calibration standard surface.
