Features
- This product can be easily connected to the end of a Microstrip board or coplanar board in lieu of a horizontally welded coaxial connector.
- The board to be tested is placed on the GND block which moves up and down and is then inserted and attached to the GND.
- The central line of the tool with spring, is connected to the signal line on the board to be tested. Regarding the board ground, the surface side is the receiving GND and the rear side connects to the tool with the GND block.
- The central line of the tool of the coaxial structure is output by the inner parts of the jig, and can be connected to a coaxial cable.
- Applicable board thickness: maximum 2.0mm
- GND block pressing force: 3 kgf
- The width of the tool is the same as the dimensions of the connector.
Can even be used according to the connector arrangement, even for contiguous board specifications.
When using an orthogonal, please refer to the minimum possible installation dimensions listed on left.

Details of the Slide Rail
- Even when the rail is fixed to the main body, the width is the same as the coaxial connector, namely 12.7 mm.
- The slide rail has a lock function to anchor the main body of the tool to the top of the rail.
- Since the main body of the tool can move forward and back alongside the slide rail, even for installation of the board to be measured or when the outer dimensions of each board vary slightly, the main body of the tool can be easily brought close to the board to be measured.
- If the front and back position of the tool can be determined, the main body on the rail is fixed by pulling the lever, and stable and continuous measurement is possible.
- It will become a single straight rail by adjusting the dovetail groove in front and back of the slide rail, and can be used for the measuring signal line allocated in the opposed position on the board to be measured.
- By using the dovetail grooves on side of the slide rail, each slide rail can be orthogonally connected to each other. The slide rail also slide to right and left along the side dovetail grooves. As a result, changes in the size of the measuring board can be handled by combining the slide rail and front and back slide of the tool main body on the rail, and even if several signal lines are allocated someplace on the side, the tool core line can be connected at a right angle.
