FPC(Flex circuit) Test connector
The FPC(Flex circuit) test connector,also called as FPC test fixture or FPC test jig, has been developed to make the connection to FPC easy when conducting the inspection.
Although conventionally the FPC connector was used to conduct the connection inspection of FPC,it could be problematic due to the time it takes to insert the FPC and frequent FPC connector replacement from the low durability of FPC causing additional cost and inefficiency.
Furthermore,flex circuit itself may get damaged from insertion into and removal from the FPC connector.
Our FPC(Flex circuit) test connector solves these problems.
It uses a "clip on" mechanism which eliminated troublesome insertion and improves the working efficiency.In addition,probe pins are adapted to contact the test area which will not damage Flex circuit.
Because of these advantages,our FPC test connector has a great success in the field of LCD inspection module inspection,camera lens unit inspection,and smartphone inspection.
Cost will be approximately 1/4 per 200k uses compared to standard FPC connector.
